我国小城镇发展综合评价实证分析
Study on a System of Qppraisal Indicators for Town Development in China and Empirical Analysis

【摘要】 针对我国小城镇综合评价分析中存在的问题,提出一种有效的评价方法。从经济、社会、城镇建设、环保与资源、体制保障这5个方面,建立小城镇发展综合评价指标体系。以10个省的10个小城镇为例,运用层次分析法建立综合评价模型。经过运算,确定小城镇的综合发展状况,并按其大小进行总排序。
【Abstract】 An appraisal method is put forward for estimating the synthetic potential of towns. A system synthetic appraisal Indicators was built up on the bases of economy, society, town construction, resource and environment protection, administer system reformation. On the basis analysis for a great deal of data, the development states of 10 towns in different provinces are evaluated by AHP method and sorted In terms of their indicators.
