微能源的研究现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 电子产品小型化、微型化、集成化是当今世界技术发展的大势所趋。随着微机电系统(MEMS)技术的发展,与之相关的微能源技术得到人们更多的重视。人们希望MEMS技术和微能源技术互为促进,运用MEMS技术工艺改善和提高微能源的性能,同时微能源以某种方式集成于MEMS中,使MEMS具有更加强大和完备的功能。目前供能问题已经成为MEMS降低成本、进入实用化、自动化的最大障碍。介绍了微能源技术的研究现状和发展趋势,介绍了国际上微型锌镍电池、微型内燃机系统、微型锂电池、微型太阳电池、微型燃料电池和微型同位素电池研究工作的最新进展。简单分析了微能源的发展方向和应用前景。

【Abstract】 The developing trend of electric products in current world is miniaturization and integration and even mi cromation. With the development of Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology it provides integration of functionality in microscale, but similar scaling seems difficult for power sources. Hence, many investigators are paying more attention to the development of technologies for micro -power supplies. MEMS technology and micro -power can promote each other. That is to say, MEMS technology can improve the micro -power capability and micro -power can make MEMS function more self- contained and stronger equally. Today the power supply is the main barrier which holds back MEMS to lower cost and utility and automatization. The research situations and developing trends of micro -power technology were introduced. The updated abroad research progresses on micro Zn - Ni battery, micro thermoelectric battery, micro lithium battery, micro solar cell, micro fuel cell and micro isotopic battery, and so on, were introduced too. The developing trends and using prospects were discussed briefly in this paper.
