非晶晶化法制备Nd2(Fe,D y,Nb,Al)14B/Fe3B纳米晶合金及晶化过程研究

【摘要】 采用快淬及退火工艺,通过非晶晶化法制备了Nd2(Fe,Dy,Nb,Al)14B/Fe3B纳米晶合金。通过高温X射线衍射、扫描电镜等技术研究了合金在不同温度下的非晶晶化过程。结果发现,添加Dy,Nb,Al的合金NdFeB,即Nd2(Fe,Dy,Nb,Al)14B,表现出很好的非晶形成能力,甩带速度为40m·s-1时可获得良好的非晶态组织,700℃晶化14min可获得平均晶粒约为25nm的晶态组织。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline Nd2(Fe, Dy, Nb, A1)14B/ Fe3B two phase magnets were fabricated out by crystallizing the amorphous melt-spun ribbons using melt spinning and annealing. The progress of crystallization from amorphous state at different temperatures were researched by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). It is indicated by ex- periment that there is a good amorphous formation ability for NdFeB added Dy, Nb, Al, Nd2(Fe, Dy, Nb, Al)14B. The amorphous state is obtained at the rate of 40 m·s-1 on melt spinning. Crystalline grain of average diameter about 25 nm, is obtained by annealing at 70℃ for 14 min.
