离子液体催化的芳烃与α烯烃烷基化反应的研究

【摘要】 本文以苯和α烯烃为原料,离子液体为催化剂,考察了苯烯摩尔比、不同离子液体、反应时间以及H+ 改性后的离子液体对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明:酸性的离子液体具有较高的活性与选择性,较强的酸性对反应更有利,但对于烷基化反应并不需要酸性太强的离子液体,适宜的酸强度和一定的反应时间有助于提高目的产物的选择性;离子液体中加入质子酸后,其酸度增加,离子液体的催化活性越好。在优化的反应条件下,α烯烃的转化率近10 0 % ,2位烷基苯的选择性大于98%。

【Abstract】 The effect of molar ratio of benzene to olefin, different ionic liquid, reaction time and ionic liquid modified with H+ on the alkylation were studied in the paper use benzene and α olefins as feedstock. The results showed that acid ionic liquids have higher activity and selectivity, stronger acidity is favorable to reaction. But for the alkylation, the acidity of ionic liquids need not very strong, appropriate acidity and reaction time are help to improve the selectivity of product;While H+ was added to ionic liquids, its acidity increased and its activity became better. At the optimum conditions, approaching 100% conversion of α olefin and more than 98% selectivity of 2-alkylbenzene can be obtained.
