降解法合成孔壁含有β沸石结构单元的SBA-15材料

【摘要】 首次以β沸石为原料在碱溶液中处理得到含有β沸石结构单元的降解液,然后以此降解液为硅铝源在三嵌段共聚物P12 3的模板作用下组装出了具有一定酸性的SBA - 15介孔材料。产物的FTIR光谱、N2 吸附、2 9SiMASNMR图谱和对重芳烃的加氢脱烷基反应催化结果均说明降解法合成的SBA - 15产物的孔壁中含有了β沸石的结构单元。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous material SBA-15 with the pore wall composed of Beta structure building units, was successfully synthesized by a new method in which silica-alumina precursors obtained through dissolution of Beta zeolite, assemble around the surfactant micelle of triblock copolymer P123 Subsequently, as-synthesized sample was characterized by XRD, FTIR, TEM, N2-sorption, EDS and 29Si MAS NMR techniques Characterization results show that the pore wall of SBA-15 prepared by dissolution method contains Beta structure building units
