煤分子工程及其关键问题的进展

【摘要】 煤分子工程是以不同层次上的煤组成结构及其反应性关系为基础,研究实现煤的高效和高选择性转化技术和工艺的途径与方法的一门工程学科,通过“分子-产品-过程”三位一体的多尺度集成的方法来解决煤洁净利用过程的效率、环境及效益等问题。其关键问题主要有(1)分子水平上煤组成结构与反应性关系;(2 )煤与其洁净转化技术适应性评价的理论与方法;(3)煤转化过程反应的控制与分级定向转化;(4 )基于煤组成结构特征的新转化技术与工艺的开发。在对国内外文献调研的基础上,结合我们近年来的工作,对这些关键问题的研究进展进行了简要的评述。同时指出在洁净煤技术发展战略中,必须重视煤组成结构与反应性关系这一煤分子工程基础等问题的研究,实现我国洁净煤技术的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 On basis of the relation of coal component, structure and reactivity, molecular engineering of coal deals with the approach and methodology for high-efficiency and high-selectivity conversion of coal Through the triplet “molecular processes-product-process”, it solves the problems about efficiency, environment and benefit of coal utilization Its key problems are (1) the relation of coal component, structure and reactivity at molecular level; (2) the appraisal theory and methodology for adaptability of coal with the conversion technology and technique;(3)the reaction control in coal conversion and the grade, directional conversion of coal; (4) the development of new technology and technique of coal conversion based on coal structure Combining with our recent results, advance in these key problems has been reviewed In the development strategy of clean coal technology, the fundamental problems of molecular engineering of coal, such as the relation of coal structure and reactivity, must pay more attention so that the sustainable development of clean coal technology can be guaranteed in China
