红外光谱法研究有机相变储能复合材料的稳定性
Study on the durability of organic phase-changing composites for energy storage by means of FTIR

【摘要】 本文采用真空浸渗法制备了以月桂酸、石蜡以及硬脂酸丁酯为囊心相变材料的多孔介质基复合相变储能材料。复合材料在经过长达两年的相变循环之后,采用红外光谱法对囊心材料进行结构分析,从化学相容性方面研究多孔介质基复合相变储能材料的长期稳定性。实验结果表明:从化学结构上来说,复合材料中的囊心相变材料,月桂酸、石蜡和硬脂酸丁酯结构均未发生变化,与多孔介质的化学相容性比较好。
【Abstract】 In this paper,granular phase-changing composites for thermal energy storage were made fromgranular porous medium and lauric acid,paraffin and butyl-stearic for energy storage by means of vacuumimpregnation method.Study on the durability of porous media based phase-changing composites by meansof Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectrum(FTIR) is presented.The infrared spectra of lauric acid,paraffin and butyl-stearic contained in the phase-changing composites that had undergone two years ofphase-changing cycles were tested and analyzed.The results show that all absorption peaks of the functionalgroups and chemical bonds of the chemical structure of lauric acid,paraffin and butyl-stearic still exist,which suggests that the chemical structure of lauric acid,paraffin and butyl-stearic did not change after twoyears of phase-changing process in porous media.So it is concluded that the lauric acid,paraffin andbutyl-stearic,as phase-changing materials,are chemically compatible with the porous media,and thephase-changing composites have long term stability.
