【Abstract】 Applying the information - flow structure model for the enterprises under the net - environment this paper dicusses the concepts such as the knowledge, information and the technique, and the measurement method of them. Basing on the above - mentioned context the transformation connection among the three is given in the mathematics form and the model is constructed while the management issues are analyzed.
