【摘要】 <正> C-H bond insertion is an unique reaction of Rh(Ⅱ) carbene. In particular, the intramolecular C-H. insertion has high regio- and stereoselectivities; therefore, it has been found useful in organic synthesis. In general, the intramolecular C-H insertion occurs in the fifth carbon from the Rh(Ⅱ) carbene center, the so-called 1,5 C-H insertion. 1,4 and 1,6 C-H insertions are also possible in some special substrate/catalyst combinations. As far as our knowledge is concerned, there is no report in the 1,3 C-H insertion in Rh(Ⅱ) carbene reaction.
