聚肽的相行为与自组装性能

【摘要】 <正> 引言聚肽是组成蛋白质的基本单元,因分子内能形成氢键,可显示出刚性很强的螺旋分子链构象,因此具备了形成液晶相的条件,又由于分子内的氢键在一定的条件下,如:温度、pH值的变化会被打开,所以还可显示出柔性的无规线团分子链构象。聚肽的分子链构象变化对其相行为有很大的影响,研究它们之间的相互作用,对了解聚肽体系微观分子链结构与宏观相态之间的关系具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Phase diagram and self-association behavior were reported for polypeptides. The solutions of polypeptides so as to be liquid crystal at room temperature were observed to undergo an anisotropic to isotropic transition at low temperature where conformational disordering of polypeptide molecules takes place. A theoretical model, based on lattice model, has been proposed. The calculated diagrams are well in line with the experimental observations. Hydrophobic associations of the copolypeptides were also investigated. It was found that micelle could be formed in aqueous medium under certain condition. The molecular structures of the copolypeptides have remarkable effect on the micelle morphologies. The micelles of the block copolypeptides exhibit spherical morphologies, while spindle-like micelle structures were observed for the graft copolypeptides.
