羟基铝柱撑膨润土制备方法改进、表征及挥发性有机物吸附性能研究

【摘要】 以新工艺制备了羟基铝柱撑膨润土。X-射线粉晶衍射(XRD)、比表面分析(BET-N2)、差热/热重分析(TG/DTA)对产物表征的结果表明,新工艺可成功制备聚合羟基铝柱撑膨润土,产物层间距为1.91 nm,比表面积278 m2/g,热稳定温度317℃。该柱撑膨润土对挥发性有机物苯和四氯化碳的饱和吸附容量分别为0.15 g/g和0.20 g/g,在低浓度范围吸附效果优于原土和有机膨润土。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyl-Aluminum pillared Bentonite has been prepared by improving on the synthesis methods. XRD、BET-N2 and TG/DTA were used to characterizaed the hybridization. The results of analysis, the d(001) values equal to 1.91 nm and specific surface area equal to 278 m2/g and the temperature of thermal stability was 317℃, which indicated the success of synthesis. It’s saturation adsorption capacity of benzene and carbon tetrachloride were 0.15 g/g and 0.20 g/g at low concentrateion respectively, and the sorption capability was better than origin Bentonite and organic Bentonite at low concentration.
