光催化接触氧化活性艳红X-3B
Photocatalytic Degradation of Reactive Red X-3B in a Contact Oxidation Reactor

【摘要】 通过在玻璃纤维上焙烧P25制备了负载型TiO2光催化剂,探讨了焙烧温度对催化活性的影响,设计了光催化接触氧化反应器,并以活性艳红X-3B为模型污染物,考察了溶液pH值、共存阴离子类型等因素对光催化反应的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度直接影响负载后P25的活性,300℃制备的负载催化剂性能最好;酸性条件对光催化氧化活性艳红X-3B有利,随pH升高,降解速率逐渐下降;CO32-和SO42-对光催化影响不大,但溶液中共存的Cl-对氧化过程有明显的抑制作用。研究认为,利用成熟的光催化剂P25,通过焙烧制备负载型催化剂是当前替代粉末催化剂的较为可行的方案。
【Abstract】 The immobilized photocatalyst, P25 supported by glass fiber, was prepared by calcining method. The effect of calcining temperature on the photocatalytic activity and the effect of initial pH, inorganic anions, et al on the photocatalytic degradation of Reactive Red X-3B were explored in a contact oxidation reactor. The results showed that catalyst activity was affected drastically by calcining temperature, the optimal temperature was 300 Celsius degree; the Reactive Red X-3B was more easily degraded in acidsolution; inorganic anions, such as CO32- and SO42-, had little effects on the degradation of Reactive Red X-3B. However, the effectiveness was significantly decreased in the presence of Cl-.
