同步荧光法同时测定水溶解态的蒽和芘
Simultaneous Determination of Dissolved Anthracene and Pyrene in Aqueous Solution by Synchronous Fluorometry

【摘要】 利用PAHs具有高的荧光量子产率,同步荧光法具有快速、灵敏、选择性较好的优点,建立了同时检测水溶液中溶解态蒽和芘的方法。所建方法对蒽和芘的检测限分别为1.69×10-9,8.42×10-10 mol/L,相对标准偏差分别为2.90%、2.34%(n=6)。运用所建方法尝试进行了自来水样品的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is one kind of the persistent organic pollutants (POPs). They are of concern because individual compounds exhibit carcinogenic, mutagenic, teratogenic and environmental toxic effects. Current analytical methods detect total amounts of PAHs in aquatic environment whereas the concentrations of PAHs dissolved in water are attentive in correlative research. Although the solubility of PAHs in water is low, their fluorescence quantum yields are high. Thus, it’s of practical significance to detect multiplicity PAHs dissolved in water simultaneously by synchronous fluorometry. On the basis of this detection it will be convenient to investigate their transport, transformation and biotoxic effect in water environment.
