碳结合氧化铝耐火陶瓷的胶态成形技术研究

【摘要】 本文利用胶态成形工艺制备碳结合氧化铝耐火陶瓷。探索了原料预处理、分散剂添加量、固相体积分数与pH值等工艺因素对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:混合料经球磨后成型坯体密度提高。以DP为分散剂,其添加量为0.8%时浆料表现出良好的流变性,并测量了石墨、纯Al2O3以及掺杂分散剂的Al2O3的Zeta电位。通过比较发现若将pH控制在微碱性,浆料分散性最佳。同时,对具有不同固相体积分数的悬浮液(30%、40%、50%)进行流变行为研究,实验表明固相体积分数为50%,时坯体密度最高(2.28g/cm3)。采用SEM观察坯体形貌,可知Al2O3与石墨在分散剂作用下能形成均匀连续分散的效果。烧成制品的断裂韧性和显微硬度分别达到1.99 MPa·m1/2和0.79 GPa。
【Abstract】 This article studied on colloidal process of alumina and carbon composite refractory ceramic and investigated effects of processing parameters on material properties, such as pretreating of raw material , concentration of binders, solid loading and pH of slurry. The results indicated that ball milling could improve green density. Good rheological behavior of the slurry was obtained when the concentration of DP was 0.8% by weight. Zeta potential of graphite, alumina and the system of alumina with DP were tested. The excellent dispersibility can be attained while the pH value being weak alkalinity after a variety of comparative test. This paper has also researched on rheological behaviors of the slurries with various solid loading(30% ,40% and 50% ). It can be found a max density of 2. 28g/cm3 when solid loading was 50%. Microstructure of the green compact were observed by SEM. It indicated that Al2O3 and graphite can form an even dispersive distribution in green compact under the work of DP. The Vicker hardness and fracture toughness of sintered body were 1.99MPa·m and 0.79GPa, respectively.
