【摘要】 本文分析了热力学参数状态图在陶瓷材料研究中的应用,并分析验证了刚玉/莫来石-ZrB₂、β-SiAlON-AlON复相陶瓷材料存在的可行性,得出了与前人不同的结果,证明了这二种材料是亚稳材料,在高温使用过程中将发生分解。对AlON-BN的可行性也进行了分析,结果表明此种材料没有应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper shows the application of the thermodynamic phase diagram in ceramics. The possibility of the synthesis of Al₂O₃ / 3Al₂O₃.2SiO₂-ZrB₂ and B-SiAION-AION ceramics are analyzed and verified and get the different results, which show that these are metastable material, and will decompose at high temperature. AION-BN composites is verified, which shows that is is not have application prospect..更多还原
