非线性有限元分析在钢筋混凝土结构生命周期设计中的应用

【摘要】 本文采用非线性钢筋混凝土有限元软件对钢筋混凝土桥墩进行加载破坏分析,对比在相同荷载情况下,不同配筋情况桥墩的破坏形式。由于非线性钢筋混凝土有限元软件可以预测结构破坏的部位和程度,从而可以推算出不同破坏情况下所需要的维修费用,结合初始建设费用,最终可以对比各种情况的整体经济性。最终体现在结构设计中考虑使用过程中可能发生破坏和维修的生命周期设计思想。

【Abstract】 A Nonlinear finite element analytical tool is used to predict the damage to RC bridge piers. During the design process, the bridge piers with different arrangements of reinforcements are simulated under static horizontal loading and resulted in different damage situations. As the nonlinear finite element analytical tool can predict the damage details, such as damage location, yielding of reinforcement and cracking of concrete, the repairing costs of these RC bridge piers are calculated according to predicted damage details. The life-span-cost of structures include the original construction costs and the repairing costs for possible damage during the service life. The life-cycle-design of the RC bridge piers can be carried out by comparing the calculated life-span-costs. The result of the comparison shows that the nonlinear finite element analytical tool, considering the possible damage details and repairing costs, is helpful in the life-cycle-design of RC structures.
