新型固体电解质Ce6-xSmxMoO15-δ(0.0<x<1.2)的合成及电性质

【摘要】 采用溶胶.凝胶方法合成系列新型氧化物Ce6-xSmxMoO15-δ.通过TG-DTA、XRD、XPS等手段对物质进行结构表征。结果表明:氧化物的最低成相温度为400℃,具有立方莹石结构。Sm的掺杂增加了氧离子空位浓度,改善母体的电导率。烧结温度为800℃时,Ce5.2Sm0.8MoO15-δ的电导率高达2.2×10-3 S·cm-1。是具有潜在应用价值的新型固体氧化物燃料电池材料。
【Abstract】 A new Solid State Electrolyte series of oxides Ce6-xSmxMoO15-δ(0.0 < x < 1.2) were synthesized by sol-gel method. The precursors and the resultant oxide powders were characterized by differential thermal analysis/thermogravimetry (DTA/TG), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-ra) Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). The formation temperature of powders has been found to be as low as 4 0℃. Ce6-xSmxMoOi5-δ crystallized to fluorite-related cubic structure. The electrical conductivity of samples was investigated by using AC impedance spectroscopy, it showed that the presence of Sm related with the oxygen-ion conductivity, and the highest oxygen-ion conductivity was found in Ce6-xSmxMoO15-δ (x = 0.8) ranging from 2.2×10-3 S·cm-1 at 800℃. This kind of material shows a potential application in the intermediate-temperaru -e solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs).
