致密La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ膜的透氧性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ管在不同氧分压差驱动下的氧渗透流量。在920℃,当管外侧暴露在空气中,而内侧以用Ar(35ml min-1)稀释的H2(15ml min-1)吹扫时,氧渗透量达到5.4x10-7molcm-2s-1。讨论了氧渗透过程与氧化反应偶合的机制,并探讨了氧渗透在其它方面的应用。
【Abstract】 Oxygen permeation flux through a La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ tube in an oxygen partial pressure gradient was measured. An oxygen flux of 5.4×10-7mol cm-2 s-1 was observed at 920℃ when the shell of the membrane tube was exposed to ambient air and the inner wall of the tube swept with a stream of hydrogen (15ml min-1) balanced with Ar (35ml min-1). The mechanism for oxygen permeation coupled with oxidation reaction is discussed as well as the implication of oxygen permeation with respect to the various application of La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn05O3-δ.
