熔融碳酸盐燃料电池新型阴极材料耐蚀性能的研究

【摘要】 通过对几种新型的钙钛矿结构材料在熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)熔盐电解质(Li0.62K0.38)CO3中耐蚀性能的研究,探讨了这些材料用作MCFC阴极的可行性。研究表明,SrFe0.5co0.5O3虽然有着出众的混合导电特性,但在高温熔盐中腐蚀严重;La0.8Sr0.2MnO3、La0.8Sr0.2ce0.1Mn0.9O3和La0.8sr0.2Ni0.1Mn0.9O3在高温熔盐中严重锂化,且Sr大量溶解。而经Li2O掺杂的LaMnO3(Li与La的摩尔比为1:1),在高温熔盐中的稳定性良好。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of several perovskite-type oxide materials used as the cathode for molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) has been discussed by the study of the stability of these materials in molten carbonate of MCFC. The experiment result showed that SrFe0.5Co0.5O3 has conspicuous mixed electric characteristic but major limit was dissolution in electrolyte of molten carbonate. La0.8Sr0.2MnO3、La0.8Sr0.2Ce0.1Mn0.9O3 and La0.8Sr0.2Ni0.1Mn0.9O3 were filtered by a lot of Li+ and dissolved a large amount of Sr2+ in molten carbonate. It was the reasons that these several materials could not be used as cathode for MCFC. It was proved by the experiment that the behavior of stability of LaMnO3 which was lithium-loaded beforehand was outstanding in molten carbonate of MCFC.
