熔融碳酸盐燃料电池新型阴极材料电导性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了几种钙钛矿结构或类钙钛矿结构材料的电导性能。实验表明,La0.8Sr0.2MnO3、La0.8Sr0.2Ni0.1Mn0.9O3、La0.8Sr0.2Ce0.1Mn0.9O3和srFe0.5Co0.5O3电导率相差不大,均为10-1S·cm-1数量级;而在高温熔盐中耐侵蚀性能出众的LaLiMnOy和LaLi0.5MnOy的电导率差别很大,前者电导率大于1S·cm-1,达到了MCFC阴极对材料的电导性能的要求,而后者仅为lO-2数量级。较大的电导激活能可能是LaLi0.5MnOy电导率过低的原因。

【Abstract】 The conductivity of several perovskite-type and similar perovskite-type oxide materials has been studied. The experiment result showed that it is approximative for the conductivity among La0.8Sr0.2MnO3, La0.8Sr0.2Ni0.1Mn0.9O3, La0.8Sr0.2Ce0.1Mn0.9O3 and SrFe0.5Co0.5O3 and the value all arrive at 10-1S·cm-1; LaLiMnOy and LaLi0.5MnOy whose stability in molten carbonate were excellent are different at the conductivity. The former is more than 1 S·cm-1 which meets the request of cathode material of MCFC and the latter is only 10-2 S·cm-1. It was because much higher activation energy of 0.191eV that the conductivity of LaLi0.5MnOy is lower.
