ABO3钙钛矿型化合物导电性质的研究

【摘要】 用SCF-X a-SW方法研究了固体氧化物燃料电池ABO3钙钛矿型阴极材料的导电性能。结果表明,LaBO3(B=cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Cu)体系电子电导率强弱顺序为:LaCoO3>LaFeO3>LaMnO3>LaCrO3>LaCuO3;离子电导率强弱顺序为:LaCrO3>LaMnO3>LaFeO3>LaCoO3>LaCuO3。实验研究表明,La0.8Sr0.2CrO3,La0.8Sr0.2MnO3和La0.8Sr0.2CoO3的电子电导率与离子电导率的实验测定结果排序与理论计算结论一致。
【Abstract】 The conductivity of ABO3 perovskite-type oxide material has been studied. In the perovskite-type oxide LaBO3 (B=Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu) systems, the capacity of electronic conductivity and ionic conduction were compared with each other. The former is: LaCoO3>LaFeO3>LaMnO3>LaCrO3> LaCuO3; the latter is: LaCrO3>LaMnO3>LaFeO3>LaCoO3>LaCuO3. Also, the ionic-electronic conductivity of La0.8Sr0.2CrO3, La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 and La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 were tested. Their electrical conductivities were compared and the results were well fit to the theory conclusion.
