CYP86MF反义基因转化不育植株相关同工酶的比较

【摘要】 本研究在获得花粉不能正常萌发的CYP86MF反义基因‘上海青’白菜和‘油青’菜心转化植株的基础上,比较了它们与正常对照株之间的过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的差异,结果表明,所有试材花蕾的同工酶条带均为3条,但着色方面有着较大的差异,且差异的规律性不明显,说明转化株与对照株之间过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的表达活性有差异,而且这一差异是由不同因素引起的。同时,上述结果暗示,CYP86MF基因对白菜类蔬菜的过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的表达影响不大。
【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of the transgenic male sterility induced by the antisense gene CYP86MF fragment, isozyme of peroxidase and cytochrome oxidase were compared between the transgenic plantlets and the control plantlets. Results showed there were not significant difference to their quantity of isozyme cingulum in floral buds and leaves, and there are three isozyme cingulum in floral buds from transgenic plantlets and their controls of cv. Shanghaiqing and cv. Youqingcaixin, respectively. However there were significant difference to the expression level of their isozyme between the transgenic plantlets and their non-transgenic plantlets. Moreover, results hinted the difference of the expression level of their isozyme were induced by different factors, and gene CYP86MF has not significant effect to these difference.
