高重合度弧齿锥齿轮的接触应力与弯曲应力分析

【摘要】 采用TCA、LTCA与弹性理论综合分析研究了高重合度弧齿锥齿轮的接触应力,利用有限元应力影响矩阵法分析了齿根弯曲应力状态,实验测定了接触路径倾斜度不同的弧齿锥齿轮的齿根弯曲应力。数值仿真与实验都证明,通过倾斜接触路径和优化设计得到的高重合度弧齿锥齿轮齿面载荷分布合理,在强度方面具有明显的优越性。
【Abstract】 Synthesized TCA, LTCA and Elastic Mechanics, the contact stress on Spiral bevel gears of Higher contact ratio are investigated. Based on the stress effect matrix of the infinite element method, the bending stress states at the tooth root are analyzed. The bending stresses at the tooth roots are tested on the different contact ratio spiral—bevel gears. The results prove that the higher contact ratio spiral-bevel gears to design by the methods of inclining the contact path are obviously more advantages than the conventional ones on distribution and strength.
