稀土掺杂对TiO2光催化性能的影响
The Effect of Rare Earth Doping on the Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2

【摘要】 采用溶胶—凝胶法和浸溃法制备稀土掺杂TiO2光催化剂RE/TiO2(RE=Pr、Nd、Gd、Er),利用XRD、BET、DRS、SPS等手段进行表征,研究了稀土掺杂对TiO2的晶相结构、比表面积、吸光性能的影响,考察了RE/TiO2催化剂降解C2H4的气-固相光催化氧化反应性能。结果表明:掺杂适量的稀土离子可以改善TiO2的吸光性能,抑制锐钛矿晶型向金红石晶型转变,细化晶粒,增加比表面积,提高光催化活性。
【Abstract】 RE/TiO2(RE= Pr,Nd,Gd,Er) photocatalysts were prepared by the sol -gel and impregnation method. The effect of rare earth doping was studied by XRD, BET, and UV -vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy. Their photocatalytic activities were evaluated using ethylene. As a result, it is beneficial to light adsorption over the catalysts due to rare earth doping. RE/TiO2 catalysts can enhance their photocatalytic activities to some extend as compared with naked TiO2. The increase in photoactivity is probably due to higher content of anatase, higher specific surface area and smaller paniculate radius.
