呼和浩特市大气微生物数量的时空分布

【摘要】 本文对呼和浩特的大气微生物数量的时间动态和空间分布进行了研究。结果表明,日动态随着人们在一天中活动行为而变化,凌晨4时出现低谷,上、下班时间出现高峰。月动态受各月份天气状况影响最大,其中1,5,8和11月微生物数量较少,其它各月出现峰值,微生物数量的季节分布依次为:春季>夏季>秋季>冬季。微生物数量在各功能区的动态分布规律大致相同,以不同功能区人为活动为主要影响因素。微生物的数量在不同功能区的分布顺序为:交通稠密区>居民区>文化区>郊外对照区。大气中各微生物类群的数量多少依次为:细菌>霉菌+放线菌>耐高渗透压霉菌。根据所获结果从微生物学角度评价了呼市的空气质量。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the temporal trends and the spatial distribution of the atmospheric microorganisms in Hohhot. The results showed that the day trends fluctuate with people’s activities. The low tide appears at 4 o’clock and the flood tide appears when people go to or back from work or school. The different weather in different months is the major factor that affects the monthly trends. January, May, August and November are in low tides and the other months are in flood tides. The order of the seasonal distribution is spring>summer>autumn>winter. The law of the monthly trends in each functional area is basically the same. The trends are affected by people’s activities most. The order of the microorganism quantity in different functional areas is traffic areas >residential areas>culture areas>shopping centers>farm belts>industrial parks> outskirts. The order of the quantity of microorganisms groups is bacteria > mildew adding ray ungues>high-infiltration-pressuretight mildew. We also appraise the quality of the atmosphere in Hohhot based on the results.
