硫醇包覆银纳米粒子的制备与表征

【摘要】 用液液两相还原的方法制备了直径为10~20nm的硫醇包覆银纳米粒子。通过对反应过程的紫外谱图分析,发现在反应过程中银纳米粒子经历了由大到小而后又长大的过程,最终生成的纳米粒子其稳定性可保持到3周以上。该反应在动力学上是一个典型的一级反应,并受温度的影响。TEM分析显示,在不同溶剂中反应制得的银粒子的粒径分布及其形貌很不相同,表明银离子的还原及硫醇包覆过程还与反应的溶剂有关。
【Abstract】 1-hexanethiol-capped silver nanoparticles of about 10~20nm in diameter were prepared using a liquid-liquid twovphase method. With the UV-vis absorbance spectra, it was found that large particles were formed at the beginning of reaction and then disintegrated into small ones. In late reaction stage, the small particles became a bit larger with time and kept its size after 5 hours, which was stable in three weeks. The reaction rate was strongly influenced by initial silver salt concentration in a first-order fashion and by reaction temperature. The TEM images showed that size distribution and the morphology of fabricated alkylthiol-capped silver particles were different when they were prepared under different solvent atmosphere, indicating that the performance of alkylthiol may depend on property of solvent.
