水、陆稻根系性状QTL定位及其与环境互作分析

【摘要】 本研究以粳型陆稻IRAT109和粳型水稻越富杂交的116个株系DH群体为材料,构建1了一个包括165个标记(其中94个RFLP标记和71个SSR标记)的水稻分子连锁图,在根管培养条件下,在分蘖期考察了DH群体及其亲本的根基粗、根数、最长根长、根鲜重、根干重、茎鲜重、茎干重、根茎鲜重比、根茎干重比等性状。其中根基粗与抗旱系数呈显著正相关,根数与抗旱系数呈极显著负相关。利用QTLMAPPER version 1.0定位了控制这些性状的QTLs,并进行了QTLs与环境互作分析。结果表明:9个性状共检测到21个加性QTLs和23对上位性QTLs,其中9个加性QTLs和2对上位性QTLs与环境存在互作关系,根基粗、最长根长、茎鲜重、茎干重没检测到与环境互作QTLs,根数、根鲜重、根干重、根茎鲜重比、根茎鲜重比存在环境互作QTLs,其中控制根鲜重、根干重的QTLs与环境互作贡献率最大,分别为29.5%和28%。

【Abstract】 A DH(Double Haploid) population derived from the cross between uplandrice IRAT109 (Japonica) and paddy rice Yue fu (Japonica), cultivated in PVC pipecondition in 2 years was used in this study. A molecular map with 94 RFLP markers and71 SSR markers covering 1535. 1cM was produced. Correlation analysis showed that basalroot thickness and total root number were significantly correlated with index of droughtresistance. QTLs and QTL×environment interactions for basal root thickness, total rootnumber, maximum root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight, shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight, ratio of root fresh weight to shoot fresh weight and ratio of root dryweight to shoot dry weight under PVC pipe condition were obtained based on theconstructed molecular linkage map and software QTLmapper version 1.0. A total of 21main effect QTLs and 23 pairs of epistasis QTLs associated with root traits were found.There are 9 main effect QTLs and 2 pairs of epistasis QTLs performed significant interactions with environment. There is no QTL×environment interaction for basal rootthickness,maximum root length, shoot fresh weight and shoot dry weight but QTL×environment interactions are detected for total root number, root fresh weight, root dryweight, ratio of root fresh weight to shoot fresh weight and ratio of root dry weight toshoot dry weight. locations across different traits were compared. Some QTLs controllingdifferent traits were mapped to similar chromosome regions.
