【Abstract】 A new type actuators called Rainbow (Reduced And Internally Biased Oxide Wafer) was recently developed , and shows promising characteristics in a variety of applications. The fabrication and basic properties of Rainbow actuators made from PSZT antiferroelectric ceramics were studied. At the last, some conclusions were put forward in this article.更多还原
