空间机器人柔性机械臂的抑振控制

【摘要】 以带有压电陶瓷为致动器的柔性机械臂为对象,运用模态法结合动力学普遍方程建立了其动力学方程。针对柔性机械臂振动的特点,提出了利用Fuzzy-PID复合控制方法来对柔性机械臂的振动进行主动控制,并仿真研究了在几种外界激励作用下,应用该方法进行抑制的控制效果。仿真结果表明,该控制方法较有效地抑制了柔性机械臂的弹性振动。
【Abstract】 The kinetics equation of a flexible robot manipulator with piezoelectric actuators is established by using general kinetics equation and modal method. Vibration of the flexible robot manipulator has it’s own especial characteristics, so Fuzzy-PID control strategy to control vibration of the flexible robot manipulatois used. The control effects of this controller is simulated in some outer stimulation conditions. Results of simulation indicates that this control strategy can effectively restrain e-lastic vibration of flexible robot manipulator.
