Ag-NiCo颗粒膜中的传输行为转变的研究
Transition from GMR to AMR in Ag-NiCo Granular Films

【摘要】 用离子束溅射的方法制备了一系列Ag-NiCo颗粒膜.TEM的结果清晰地显示了样品的颗粒膜特征,颗粒的尺寸约为10nm。随着NiCo含量增加时,其传榆行为由GMR效应向AMR效应转变,同时MFM图象中,逐渐呈现条状磁畴,显示了颗粒间相互作用的增强导致传输行为的转变。
【Abstract】 A series of Ag1-x-(Ni0.8Co0.2)x nano-granular film samples were fabricated by ion-beam cosputteringtechnique at room temperature. TEM was employed to investigate the microstructures of the samples, showing that theisolated NiCo particle with size of about 10 nm embedded in silver matrix. As x rises up, a transition from GMR toAMR was observed near percolation region, and the lined stripe domains have been observed in x=75at.% sampleusing MFM. It suggests that the enhanced magnetic intergranular interaction results from the growing magneticgranules and the decreasing distance among the granules with the increment of NiCo concentration, leading to theformation of the stripe domains in high x samples and transition from GMR to AMR.
