钛酸铋粉体的水热合成研究

【摘要】 本文主要讨论了原材料种类及合成条件对水热法制备钛酸铋粉体物相和形貌的影响。结果表明:钛酸铋的合成与原料种类、矿化剂浓度、pH值、反应温度和保温时间密切相关;以Ti(OC4H94和Bi(NO33·5H2O为原材料,NaOH为矿化剂,在pH=13.6、反应温度为230℃和保温时间为6h的水热合成条件下,可获得层状钙钛矿结构的Bi4Ti3O12粉体;TEM观察可知,这种粉体具有片状和针状两种显微形貌,是一种分散性好、团聚轻和平均粒径约200nm的纳米粉体。

【Abstract】 It was discussed that the influences of starting materials and hydrothermal conditions on phase andmorphology of Bi4Ti3O12 powders. By controlling starting materials, mineralizer, pH, reaction temperature and time,the non-agglomerated Bi4Ti3O12 powders with a orthorhombic structure were prepared using Bi(NO33·5H2O and TiCl4in a NaOH solution. When the reaction took place at 230℃ for 6h, the products are tabular and needle-like, and theparticle sizes are about 200 nanometers.
