关于SnO2-CdO-WO3系敏感陶瓷特性的研究

【摘要】 叙述了新型SnO2—CdO—WO3系线性NTC(.negative temperature coeffcient)热敏陶瓷的制备方法,根据化学反应方程式设计出合理的配方,给出了该N型半导体的陶瓷的电子转移公式,分析了半导相CdSnO3的导电机理。对影响温度-电阻曲线形状,常温(20℃)电阻率的大小及稳定性的多种因素如材料组成、热处理条件、升温速度、保温时间、烧结气氛等进行了深入的研究与分析。
【Abstract】 The preparation method of a new kind of SnO2-CdO-WO3 series linear NTC (negative temperaturecoefficent) thermal sensitive ceramics was related in this paper.According to the chemical equation, a reasonableformula was designed and the electron transfer formula of this N type semiconductor ceramics was given. Mechanismof the conduction of electricity of the semiconducting phase was analysed. Factors which affect temperature-resistancecharacteristic curve, normal atmospheric temperature resistivity (20℃)and stability,such as the composition ofmaterial, heat treatment condition, the speed of the temperature rising, heat preservation time and sintering atmospherewere further studied and analysed.
