掺锂MoO3薄膜的电致变色与光致变色特性研究

【摘要】 本文采用过氧溶胶-凝胶法在室温下制备了具有电致变色和光致变色特性的10mol%Li 掺杂MoO3 薄膜。通过对薄膜循环伏安和光学特性的测试,表明经120℃处理的锂掺杂MoO3 薄膜具有良好的电化学性能及电致变色性能。采用Raman 光谱对MoO3 薄膜光变色前后结构的分析表明,薄膜经紫外光照后结构进行了重组,表现有序状态。吸收光谱研究表明薄膜具有较好的光致变色特性。

【Abstract】 Lithium-doped MoO3 films were fabricated by hydrogen peroxide sol-gel process at room temperature. Theelectrochemical and electrochromic properties of the films were studied by cylic voltammetry and optical spectra. Theresults show that the Li-doped MoO3 films possess excellent electrochemical stability and reversibility, remarkablemodulation capability of transmittance (ΔT=32.3%) in visible region before and after coloration, and goodelectrochromic performance. The photochromism of Li-doped MoO3 films were studied by Raman and absorptancespectra measurements. The results showed that the structure of film could be rearranged showing short-range orderafter UV irradiation and the film possess good photochromism.
