【Abstract】 In the process of the semi-solid steel and iron rheoforging,metallic coating on the antrum surface of mold mainly endures the impact of semi-solid steel slurry with high temperature,which reduces the damnification of mold worked by semi-solid steel slurry.And the life of the mold can be improved remarkably.Based on the working circumstance and characteristic of semi-solid squeeze casting of steel,a great many experiments have been done on its composition,proportion,process parameter.The influence of metallic coating on semi-solid rheologic squeeze casting of steel has been confirmed.更多还原
