冲击角度对SiC/钢基表面复合材料冲蚀磨损性能的影响
Effects of Impact Angle on Erosive Resistance of SiC/Steel Matrix Surface Composites
【摘要】 采用负压铸渗工艺制备SiC/钢基表面复合材料,研究不同冲击角度对其冲蚀磨损性能的影响及其冲蚀磨损机理。结果表明,复合材料的冲蚀磨损率随冲击角α的增大先增大后减小,60°时最大;SiC/钢基表面复合材料的相对耐冲蚀性在45°时最大,为Q235钢的3.82倍。随着冲击角度的变化,切削作用和冲击作用对基体的支撑效应和颗粒对基体的阴影效应产生很大的影响,从而影响复合材料的冲蚀磨损性能。
【Abstract】 SiC particles reinforced steel matrix composites were prepared by V-EPC infiltration.The relationship between impact angles and erosive resistance of the composites was investigated.The results showed that,with increase in impact angles,the wear rates of the composites increased until reached the peak value at 60°,then decreased.The abrasive resistance of composites is the highest at 45°,and 2.82 times higher than that of Q235 steel.With the impact angles,the cutting action parallel to the surface and the impact action perpendicular to the surface changed and greatly affected the supporting effect of the matrix on the reinforcement particles and the protecting effect of the reinforcement particles on the matrix,so decided the erosive wear properties of the composites.
