大型镁合金压铸机的有限元建模与分析
FEA Modelling and Analysis of Die Casting Machine for Large Mg Alloy
【摘要】 压铸机的整体变形情况对压铸机性能和铸件质量有重要影响。本文通过有限元方法,基于ANSYS平台,利用特征建模和等效的方法,对大型镁合金压铸机进行整体建模,通过计算获得压铸机在满载工作时的变形情况和应力场分布,并对其强度刚度进行验证。从整个分析结果来看,目前镁合金压铸机的结构设计可以满足工程要求,但仍有改进余地,本文工作为压铸机设计提供了重要的参考。
【Abstract】 Using the FEM,the deformation and stress field of a large-scale Mg alloy die casting machine have been calculated by ANSYS.Based on feature modeling and equivalence method,the global deformation field and the stress distribution of the die casting machine under capacity load have been calculated, strength and rigidity been verified. The entire analysis results have indicated that the design of die casting machine has met the requirements though with some space to be improved,hence providing the design of die casting machines with important information.
