基于dsPIC30F6012的数字式涡街流量计
The digital vortex flowmeter based on dsPIC30F6012
【摘要】 针对传统涡街流量计测量精度不能满足实际测量需要的问题,设计了以微芯的16位处理器dsPIC30F6012为信号采集与处理单元,并配备具有标准I2C总线接口的液晶显示模块的新型数字式涡街流量计系统.该设计采用基于FFT的Chirp-Z变换算法,实现对涡街信号频率的精确提取,从而提高了流量计的测量精度,为新一代数字式智能涡街流量计设计提供了一种可行方案.
【Abstract】 For the deficiency of the measuring accuracy of the traditional vortex flowmeter can’t meet the practical measuring needs,the new digital vortex flowmeter system is proposed with the LCD displaying module of the signal collecting and processing unit based on dsPIC30F6012 microcontroller.In order to enhance the measuring accuracy,the Chirp-Z transform based on FFT algorithm is adopted to extract the precise frequency from the vortex signals.It provides a feasible scheme for the new generation digital vortex flowmeter.
