大豆油和花生油傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱识别分析

【摘要】 针对不同品种的大豆和花生样品,经溶剂提取,挥干溶剂后,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,分辨率4 cm-1,扫描次数70,扫描范围400-4000 cm-1,经光谱预处理后,提取油脂红外吸收特征信息,将1746 cm-1和2855 cm-1处峰面积比值作为横坐标,1099 cm-1处与1119cm-1处的吸收峰面积比值作为纵坐标,用Excel软件作出二维分析图,考察两种溶剂(无水乙醚和石油醚)提取油脂对红外吸收光谱的影响.结果表明:两种油脂识别效果均较理想,二者相比,红外吸收光谱的识别分析后者优于前者.

【Abstract】 The infrared spectra of different soybean oils and peanut oils were scanned using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectra at 400 cm-1~4000 cm-1,resolution 4.0 cm-1,the number of scans of 70,4.0 resolution for discriminant analysis.The two dimension discriminant analysis chart was drew using Excel software by the ratio of area in 1746 cm-1and 2855 cm-1 as the abscissa coordinates vs the ratio of area in 1099 cm-1and 1119!cm-1 as the vertical.The two discriminant results of samples which extracted by aether and petroleum ether was compared.The result shows that peanut oil and soybean oil can be distributed preferably.The analysis result of the sample extracted by petroleum is better than the sample extracted by aether.
