【摘要】 目的探讨艾迪注射液对结直肠癌血管生成作用的影响。方法将40例经内镜活检证实为结直肠癌的患者,随机分为4组Ⅰ组(艾迪组)、Ⅱ组(化疗组)、Ⅲ组(艾迪+化疗组)、Ⅳ组(对照组)。前3组术前给予不同药物干预5d,第四组不予任何处理。采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定干预前后血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(serum VEGF,s-VEGF)浓度。手术切除肿瘤标本,SP免疫组化法检测肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达。结果干预后Ⅰ、Ⅲ组s-VEGF低于对照组,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组之间无显著差异;Ⅱ组与对照组无显著差异。Ⅰ、Ⅲ组MVD、VEGF表达低于对照组,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组之间无显著差异;Ⅱ组与对照组无显著差异。结论术前使用艾迪能降低结直肠癌患者s-VEGF水平,并能抑制结直肠癌组织VEGF蛋白表达,降低肿瘤微血管密度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Aidi injection on angiogenesis in colorectal cancer (CRC). Methods:Forty patients with colorectal cancer confirmed by biopsy were randomly divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ (Aidi group); group Ⅱ (chemotherapy group); group Ⅲ (Aidi+chemotherapy group); group IV (control group). Patients of the first three groups received different drugs treatment for 5 days before operation. Patients of group IV did not receive any treatment. Serum vascular endothelial growth factor (sVEGF) level was detected by sandwich ABC enzyme linked immunosorbant assay before and after interference. The expressions of VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) in colorectal cancer were examined by immunohistochemical SP method. Results:The sVEGF levels in groupⅠand group Ⅲ after drug interference were significantly lower than control group. The difference in sVEGF levels between groupⅠand group Ⅲ was not significant. The sVEGF level in group II had no significant difference with control group. The expressions of VEGF protein and MVD in groupⅠand group Ⅲ were lower than that in control group. The differences in VEGF protein expression and MVD between groupⅠand group Ⅲ and between group II and control group were not significant.Conclusion:The sVEGF level in patients with colorectal cancer is decreased, the VEGF protein expression was inhibited, and the MVD is reduced by Aidi injection before operation.更多还原
