振动条件下晶体游离模型探讨及实验验证
Theoretical and Experimental Study on the Model of Crystal Detachment in Vibrating Condition
【摘要】 通过对晶核发生器表面晶粒初生相的受力分析,建立了振动条件下晶体游离的力学模型。发现决定晶体是否游离的主要因素包括振动频率、振幅及晶核发生器激冷温度等。采用NH4Cl-70%wtH2O溶液,实验考察了上述3种主要参数对振动晶核发生器表面晶粒游离难易程度的影响,实验结果与理论分析获得了较好的吻合。
【Abstract】 A model of crystal detachment from a chilling solid surface with vibration has been established according to the mechanical analysis of the primary phase of a growing crystal grain. The model indicates that the main factors determining whether crystal can be detached are vibration frequency and amplitude as well as cooling temperature of the chilling solid surface. The effects of the above three factors on the actual crystal detachment behaviors were studied experimentally using a transparent NH4Cl-70%wtH2O solution. The experimental results are in good accordance with the theoretical analysis.
