微合金化对Al-7%Si合金组织与时效行为的影响
Effects of Microalloying on Microstructure and Aging Behavior of AI-7%Si Alloy
【摘要】 采用硬度测量、金相观察,并结合差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等方法,研究了Mg、Ti、Zr、Sn等元素微合金化对Al-7%Si合金的显微组织、性能和时效行为的影响。研究发现,微合金化可以显著改变Al-Si显微组织的形貌,使合金的组织均匀、细小。微合金化后Al-Si合金的铸态硬度提高,但在T6处理后,添加Sn使得合金硬度降低;Al-7Si-0.55Mg合金时效的最佳工艺为175℃保温160~210 min,此时起增强作用的可能是GPⅡ区和β’相。
【Abstract】 The effect of microalloying Mg, Ti, Zr, Sn elements on the microstructure, properties and aging behavior of Al-7%Si alloy was studied through hardness test, metallographic analysis and DSC The results show that the microstructure becomes more uniform and finer after microalloying The hardness of as-cast Al-7Si alloy increases, but decreases with the addition of Sn after T6 treatment. The optimal aging processing of Al-7Si-0.55Mg alloy is at 175℃holding for 160 - 210 min. The strengthening effect is likely to be caused by GPⅡzone andβ’ phase.
