热处理对高速钢球墨铸铁复合轧辊芯部性能的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on Property of Core of High Speed Steel-Ductile Cast Iron Compound Roll
【摘要】 对离心铸造高速钢球墨铸铁复合轧辊芯部球墨铸铁试样进行热处理,研究了在不同的淬火温度下轧辊芯部的球墨铸铁试样的力学性能及石墨、组织形态的变化情况。结果表明,在1000℃至1100℃之间淬火,球墨铸铁的性能可满足高速钢复合轧辊的要求,考虑到工作层高速钢的淬火效果,建议淬火温度在1050℃至1100℃之间,为离心铸造高速钢球墨铸铁复合轧辊的热处理提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 The ductile cast iron samples in the core of centrifugal casting high speed steel-ductile iron compound roll are heat-treated and the effects of the quench temperature on the mechanical properties,graphite morphologies and microstructures are investigated.The results show that the property of ductile iron quenched in the range of 1 000 ℃~1 100 ℃ can meet the requirements of high speed steel-ductile iron compound roll.This investigation provides reference for the heat treatment of centrifugal casting high speed steel-ductile iron compound roll.
