SiC颗粒增强钢基表面复合材料及耐磨性研究

【摘要】 采用V-EPC铸渗方法,以Q235钢为母材,制备SiC颗粒增强钢基表面复合材料,研究其制备工艺及其冲蚀磨损特性。结果表明:通过添加剂的调整,可以制备出复合良好、表面平整的SiC颗粒增强钢基表面复合材料,其冲蚀磨损耐磨性可比Q235钢提高1.3倍以上。

【Abstract】 SiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composite was prepared by V-EPC casting infiltration method.The preparation processing and erosion wear properties of this composite were studied in this paper.The results showed that SiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composite which have better compound effect and flat surface could be prepared by adjusting the additives.The erosion wear resistance of this composite would be increased 1.3 times than that of Q235 mild steel.
