2种非氧化型杀菌剂在造纸白水中的应用效果

【摘要】 造纸白水中含有可溶性有机物,如纤维悬浮液(五碳糖、六碳糖)、木质素和腐殖酸以及各种添加助剂,如施胶剂、变性淀粉、染料和填料等,为微生物的生长繁殖提供了大量的营养物质,白水的温度和pH也适合微生物的生长,所以白水中微生物的数量相当大(107~109cfu/mL),是造纸系统形成腐浆、从而引起各种纸病(断纸、洞眼、针眼等)的主要原因之一。为了寻找高效、广谱和低成本的环境友好型新型杀菌剂,该研究在调查了几种杀菌剂对造纸白水中主要微生物的杀菌效果,发现卡松(异噻唑啉酮)与1227(阳离子表面活性剂)联合使用优于单独使用卡松和1227,能够增强杀菌效果,当5.7mg/L的卡松与70mg/L的1227联合使用时,对细菌的杀灭效果达到99.6%。

【Abstract】 Papermaking white water contains soluble organic substances such as suspended fibers (pentoses & hexoses), lignin, humic acids, as well as various additives such as sizing agent, modified starch, dyestuffs and fillers and so on. It provides an optimal environment for the multiplication of microorganisms due to the abundant supply of nutrients coupled with favourable pH values and temperatures. Therefore, there are large quantities of microorganisms in white water(107~109 cfu/mL), which can cause slime deposits and paper defects such as breaks, pinholes, and craters. In order to search for high effective, low cost, broad-spectrum and environment-friendly novel biocides, the performance of several microbicides on controlling the microorganisms in papermaking white water were investigated. It was discovered that when Kathon(at concentration of 5.7 mg/L) and 1227(cationic surfactant, at concentration of 70 mg/L) are used together, they are more efficient than they are used alone separately. When 5.7 mg/L Kathon is combined with 70 mg/L 1227, 99.6% of bacterial contaminations in white water are removed.
