基于PLC的工业取料机械手控制系统设计
Design of the Controlling System of Manipulator in Industry Part Delivery Based on PLC
【摘要】 根据机械手在工业取料系统中的特点,采用PLC对其进行控制,详细论述了控制系统的软硬件实现方法。脉冲输出模块FX2N-1PG对步进电机精确的定位控制,提高了控制系统的可靠性和控制精度。
【Abstract】 According to the features of manipulators in the industrial material-taking system,this paper employs PLC for the control,and details the software and hardware realization method of the control system.Pulse output module FX2N-1PG makes the precise orientation and the control for the step motor,which improves the reliability and control precision of the control system.
