Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O的热分解动力学研究
Investigation on Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O
【摘要】 采用程序升温法研究Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O在氮气中的热分解动力学,测定Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O分解的TG-DTG和TG-DSC曲线.在8.0 K.min-1、6.1 K.min-1、4.1 K.min-1和2.0 K.min-14个升温速率下,Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O的热分解是简单的一步反应,热分解温度为339.5 K.采用多元非线性回归对Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O在氮气中的热分解动力学模型进行筛选,并利用主曲线法对其分解模型进行判别.Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O的热分解过程受三维相界面控制,分解机理为R3机理.Na2SO4.0.5H2O2.H2O的热分解活化能为70.83 KJ.mol-1,指前因子1.96×103.
【Abstract】 The thermal decomposition kinetics of Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O was investigated by non-isothermal method in nitrogen atmosphere,simultaneous TG-DTG and TGDSC curves were measured.The decomposition processes undergo a single step reaction under four heating rates of 8.0 K?min-1,6.1 K·min-1,4.1 K·min-1 and 2.0 K·min-1.The multivariate nonlinear regression technique was used to select kinetic model of thermal decomposition of Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O,and several possible kinetic models are determined.The selected kinetic models of thermal decomposition of Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O were distinguished using master curves.The results indicate that the reaction type R3 well describes the decomposition process of Na2SO4·0.5H2O2·H2O,the decomposition mechanism is three-dimensional phase boundary reaction,activation energy is 70.83 KJ·mol-1,and pre-exponent,1.96×103.
