红外反射涂料在玻璃上的隔热效果研究
Study on the Heat Insulation Effect of Infrared Radiation Coatings
【摘要】 采用纳米无机复合物粉体分散于丙烯酸树脂中以制备具有隔热作用的红外反射涂料,并在玻璃基材上进行涂敷,采用自制的检测装置对其隔热效果进行检测.实验考察了几个主要因素:如涂膜厚度、纳米复合物粉体加入及用量等对涂料隔热性能的影响.结果表明:该纳米粉体加入对涂料的隔热起重要作用,加入粉体后制备的涂料具有明显的隔热效果,且在实验研究范围内,随粉体加入量增加,隔热效果增强.模拟实验表明,该隔热涂料较普通涂料可降低室内温度9℃.
【Abstract】 Infrared radiation coatings with heat insulation function were prepared by dispersing nano-inorganic compound powder in acrylate resin,and were coated on the glass substrates,the heat insulation effect were examined by using self-designed apparatus.Experiments were conducted to evaluate the main factors such as coating thickness,pigment consumption etc.on the effect of the heat insulation,which indicated that the coating has obvious heat insulation function after the nano-inorganic compound powder was added in,and its function was strengthened with the increasing of nano-inorganic compound powder consumption.The simulated experiments indicated that the functional coatings could decrease the cell temperature by 9℃ compared with that of the general coating.
