【Abstract】 Piperazine is taken as parent compound,bromacetophenone and its derivatives are made to have substitution reaction with 1-ethoxycarbonyl piperazine,and then some prochirality compounds are received by hydrolyzing.13 compounds(3 of which are novel) are synthesized together,4 of which are desired.As this method is simple and easy,the yield is relatively high,and it could be used in the commercial process.更多还原
