【摘要】 为观察俯卧位均衡牵引下手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,选择符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者200例,随机分为治疗组100例,对照组100例,分别进行均衡牵引下手法与单纯手法治疗,对总疗效及腰曲变化值、骨盆倾斜变化值的影响进行对照观察,并进行统计学处理;结果两组比较,治疗组总有效率(93%)高于对照组(73.00%),两组腰曲变化值、骨盆倾斜移位改善情况比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05)。表明均衡牵引架牵引下手法治疗腰椎间盘突出伴有腰曲变直及骨盆倾斜者有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the clinical effect of massage manipulation under balanced traction(MMB)to treat curvature lnmbalis and pelvis inclination of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP),200 cases of LIDP conform to diagnostic standard were divided randomly into 2 groups:group A(100 cases,treated by MMD),group B(100 cases,contral group treated by only massage manipulation).The curvature lumbalis,pelvis inclination and clinical effect was compared and statistical analysis.The results showed that the effective rate of the two groups was 93% and 73%,respectively,and group A had an advantage over group B(P < 0.01),so as the improvement degree of curvature lumbalis and pelvis inclination(P < 0.05),suggesting that MMB is an effect therapy on treating curvature lumbalis and pelvis inclination of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.更多还原
