【摘要】 为探讨DCS内固定配合中药,蒸治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。将46例股骨远端骨折随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例,治疗组应用DCS内固定配合中药,蒸,对照组仅用DCS内固定。分别观察两组骨折愈合情况,膝关节弯曲度数、功能恢复情况。结果显示治疗组优良率为95.65%,对照组为73.91%。两组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。表明DCS内固定配合中药,蒸是治疗股骨远端骨折理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the therapeutic effect of internal fixation of DCS and steaming and washing of Chinese medicine (SWC) on fracture of distal femur, 46 cases were randomly divided into the treated group (23 cases, treated by DCS and SWC)and control groups(23 cases, treated by DCS); The result of fracture healing, the rang of motion (ROM) and Keen Society Clinical Scale (KSC) of the two groups was observed and compared. Through the statistical treatment, the results showed that the effective rate of the two groups was 95.65% and 73.91%, respectively, and the treated group had an advantage over the control in fracture healing (P<0.05), suggesting that DCS and SWC has more significant function to promote the fracture of the distal femur.更多还原
